1. Personal data provided by you in this application will be used solely by Victoria Voyage Property Management Services Limited and its agent, China Overseas Property Services Limited ("we"), for the following purposes:

i. Following up and processing inquiries or application requests for services provided in this application ("Services");
ii. Contacting you regarding administrative notices and communications;
iii. Verifying and recording visitor identity;
iv. Monitoring the operation and maintenance of this application; and
v. Complying with any legally binding laws or guidelines/codes of practice from regulatory or other authorities that we must follow.

2. Providing personal data is entirely voluntary. If the data provided is insufficient, we may be unable to assist or process your service application requests.

B. Recipients of Data

1. For the purposes stated in section A.1 above, your personal data or copies thereof provided in this application may be disclosed or transferred to our contractors or agents as necessary.

1. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong), you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data provided.

2. To access personal data, you should complete the "Data Access Request Form" as specified by the Privacy Commissioner under section 67 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

3. Your right of access includes obtaining a copy of the personal data provided in this application, subject to payment of a fee set by us from time to time.
